Meet Bill Weatherford
Bill Weatherford is the founder of SoftWave Vitality, a Los Angeles practice focused exclusively on SoftWave therapy. He opened the practice in April 2025 after experiencing SoftWave for himself.
After years of shoulder pain and being told surgery was the remaining option, Bill tried SoftWave therapy. He says both shoulders improved over a 12-session course. That experience ultimately led him away from a more than 20-year career in pharmaceutical sales and leadership and toward opening SoftWave Vitality.
Before starting the practice, Bill worked with companies including Johnson & Johnson, GSK, Allergan, Syneos Health, and Noven Pharmaceuticals.
SoftWave Therapy Training and Professional Background
Bill began working with SoftWave technology in August 2024. He completed training through SoftWave Corporate and followed that training with a three-month mentorship with a SoftWave TRT trainer.
His background also includes college-level coursework in anatomy and physiology, and he is currently enrolled in an anatomy refresher course through Penn State.
During his pharmaceutical career, Bill received multiple company sales honors, including President's Circle awards with Janssen in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, and 2013, as well as GSK's Emerald Winner's Circle in 2005 and Diamond Winner's Circle in 2003.
His years in the pharmaceutical industry, combined with focused SoftWave training and continued study, shape a practical approach centered on clear communication, individualized sessions, and realistic expectations.
